Friends of Moor Pool
If you love Moor Pool and want to keep its historic character, please donate! You can become a Friend of Moor Pool by making a regular monthly donation of £5, £10 or £20.
By donating to Moor Pool Heritage Trust on a regular basis, you will help to:
- Conserve the character of our beautiful garden suburb and listed buildings
- Maintain the green environment of trees, pool and parks
- Help us to deliver our educational programme
Over a year here are some examples of how your donation could make a difference:
- £5 per month provides children’s activities, such as forest school and special educational needs sessions at our Carless Eco Centre
- £10 per month ensures our large trees thrive and are well maintained via our annual tree works schedule
- £20 per month keeps our community groups dry by re-proofing Moor Pool Hall’s roof and windows
Your support will also help fund our current projects, which include:
- Complete refurbishment of the Main Hall lobby and bathrooms, including new wheelchair access and accessible toilet
- Protection of the Pool’s ecosystem and environment
- Hall maintenance and repairs; roof, windows, drains, heating boiler…the list goes on!
As a Friend of Moor Pool, you will receive:
- A monthly newsletter with our latest news and progress from around the estate
- Priority notice of MPHT activities
- Invitations to extra-special events where we thank our amazing supporters
Become a Friend of Moor Pool
We partner with the Charities Aid Foundation (CAF) who provide online donation processing services to charities. CAF will process your donations and manage any Gift Aid.
